A practical launch sequence
- Scope the calls. Agree one location or team, the included script, destinations and the coverage window.
- Approve the words. Review the greeting, questions, boundaries, fallback and any recording notices required for your use.
- Test before forwarding. Use fictional scenarios. Check ordinary calls, failed transfers and unsupported requests.
- Review the pilot. Agree the review date, included minutes, overage budget and what happens at the cap.
Use business contact details only.

Discuss readiness ↗All plans cover inbound US calls with your chosen business-hours, overflow or after-hours schedule. One AI receptionist and one local number per included location. Unused minutes do not roll over. Pilot billing uses connected time rounded up to the next minute per call. Additional locations, scripts, premium/toll-free numbers, SMS, third-party subscriptions and new custom integrations require an agreed quote. Email support is during US Eastern business hours; no 24/7 human support or response-time guarantee is included. We agree the usage cap and fallback before activation. Existing AssistCall customer terms are unchanged.
The practical details
Before your first call.
Does Ava collect patient information?
Not in this launch. The general-information pilot does not collect patient-specific details or access records. Callers are directed to the practice.
Can Ava schedule medical appointments?
Not in the current pilot. The scheduling offer is conditional on the required agreements, safeguards and a tested scheduling connection.
Can we use this as emergency triage?
No. Ava is not a medical professional or an emergency service. Your approved greeting must tell callers how to reach appropriate urgent help.
