Resources / Fictional demonstrations

Write an audible fictional-demo notice

Tell a caller the demonstration boundary before inviting conversation.

01

The operational decision

Tell a caller the demonstration boundary before inviting conversation. A public demonstration should reveal how the conversation works without becoming a live front desk. Visitors need to understand that the office, caller and operational result in the example are fictional.

02

Prepare the workflow

Keep the notice short and place it before the role-play prompt; explain that no appointment or patient request will be processed.

03

Example wording for approval

“You are speaking with a fictional office-information demonstration. Please use invented details only. I can demonstrate hours and directions, but I cannot handle patient requests.”

04

Worked example

A visitor taps the demo number from a shared link and never sees the landing page. The first audible line must therefore explain that the office is fictional and patient information is not wanted. Follow it with a suggested public question such as office hours. Test an immediate request to book a medical visit. The assistant should repeat the scope boundary and avoid collecting preferences, rather than assuming the website warning already solved the misunderstanding.

05

Handoff record

Record these task-specific fields: notice text, greeting order, scenario label, reviewer.

06

Acceptance check

Start the demo without reading the website. The caller should still hear the fictional-data instruction before being asked a question.
