Resources / Fictional demonstrations

Label demonstration outcomes accurately

Show an example result without implying a real staff action occurred.

01

The operational decision

Show an example result without implying a real staff action occurred. A public demonstration should reveal how the conversation works without becoming a live front desk. Visitors need to understand that the office, caller and operational result in the example are fictional.

02

Prepare the workflow

Use labels such as Sample answer and Fictional contact instruction; remove badges suggesting a patient file or appointment was created.

03

Example wording for approval

“Sample outcome: the fictional caller received approved parking information. No patient intake, appointment or clinical handoff occurred in this demonstration.”

04

Worked example

A fictional result card says Intake complete after the visitor asked about parking. That label overstates both the action and the current scope. Change it to Sample public-information answer and show the approved fact that was demonstrated. If a button leads to a pilot inquiry, label it as a business discussion rather than a patient next step. The result should remain honest when cropped into a screenshot or viewed without the full demonstration page around it.

05

Handoff record

Record these task-specific fields: result label, displayed fields, action exclusions, editor.

06

Acceptance check

Look at the result without the surrounding page. It should still be recognizable as a sample rather than proof of a completed patient transaction.
