The operational decision
Help visitors test the permitted workflow without encouraging patient role-play. A public demonstration should reveal how the conversation works without becoming a live front desk. Visitors need to understand that the office, caller and operational result in the example are fictional.
Prepare the workflow
Suggest questions about parking, office hours and public contact instructions; avoid prompts such as describe your symptoms or book a visit.
Example wording for approval
“Try asking where the fictional visitor entrance is, when the example office opens, or how someone would find the public office contact route.”
Worked example
A fictional demo menu offers Ask about parking, Hear office hours and Book your first visit. The last item contradicts the information-only launch even if its destination is a guided sales call. Replace it with a public contact-process question or a clearly labelled business demonstration booking. Test the menu with someone unfamiliar with the project. Their expected interaction should match what the demo actually does, without needing staff to explain away the invitation after they click.
Handoff record
Record these task-specific fields: question prompt, covered fact, excluded branch, reviewer.
Acceptance check
Review the menu as a first-time visitor. None of its suggested questions should invite health details, account access or an appointment transaction.
