Resources / Fictional demonstrations

Create a fictional office sheet for demonstrations

Give the public demo consistent facts without borrowing a real practice's operational details.

01

The operational decision

Give the public demo consistent facts without borrowing a real practice's operational details. A public demonstration should reveal how the conversation works without becoming a live front desk. Visitors need to understand that the office, caller and operational result in the example are fictional.

02

Prepare the workflow

Invent a clearly labelled office, public hours and entrance description; use reserved example addresses and avoid real staff or patient identities.

03

Example wording for approval

“This is a fictional office demonstration. Ask about the example hours, parking or contact process; please do not provide real patient information.”

04

Worked example

Create an invented practice with a labelled example entrance, public weekday hours and a general contact instruction. Keep the facts simple enough that a visitor can compare the spoken answer with the sheet. Do not borrow a real clinic's phone number to make the example feel authentic. If the fixture changes, update the website sample and spoken scenario together. The review should catch contradictions such as a parking card describing a lot that the demo voice says does not exist.

05

Handoff record

Record these task-specific fields: scenario identifier, invented facts, scope label, reviewer.

06

Acceptance check

Compare every displayed and spoken detail with the fictional sheet. Remove any accidental real patient, employee or account information before sharing the demo.
